首先非常感謝國家質(zhì)檢總局食品監(jiān)管司領(lǐng)導的邀請。可口可樂（中國）飲料有限公司作為食品包裝材料的應(yīng)用企業(yè)，能夠參加今天下午在這里舉行的“食品用塑料包裝等產(chǎn)品市場準入新聞發(fā)布會”，我們深感榮幸。請允許我代表所有食品包裝材料應(yīng)用企業(yè)對首批獲證的29家包裝企業(yè)表示衷心的祝賀！
今年7月份，國家質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢驗檢疫總局頒布了《食品用包裝容器工具等制品生產(chǎn)許可通則》和《食品用塑料包裝容器工具等制品生產(chǎn)許可審查細則》，正式啟動對食品包裝容器工具等制品全面實施市場準入制度。這是國家繼實施“食品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)市場準入”制度后，針對食品行業(yè)質(zhì)量、安全方面的又一重要舉措。說明國家對食品質(zhì)量安全的高度重視，表明國家維護食品質(zhì)量安全的堅強決心。作為食品行業(yè)中的一員，可口可樂（中國）飲料有限公司對此表示由衷的歡迎和積極的支持！
隨著科技的進步和食品工業(yè)的發(fā)展，各種各樣的食品包裝材料得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。如今，預包裝食品已經(jīng)滲透到世界的各個角落，與廣大消費者的日常生活息息相關(guān)。而食品包裝又與食品的質(zhì)量安全密不可分。可以說，在當今社會，沒有優(yōu)質(zhì)安全的食品包裝，消費者就不可能享受到優(yōu)質(zhì)安全的食品。因為包裝材料的質(zhì)量安全直接影響到其包裝食品在內(nèi)的品質(zhì)和衛(wèi)生狀況，進而影響到廣大消費者的身體健康。為此世界各國政府都結(jié)合本國或本地區(qū)的社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展狀況，對食品包裝的安全性管制采取審慎而積極的做法。近幾十年來，伴隨中國經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展，中國社會也經(jīng)歷著深刻的變革。在經(jīng)濟的轉(zhuǎn)型時期，受資本積累的利益驅(qū)動。個別企業(yè)、個別人惘顧國家法律法規(guī)，喪失基本的道德規(guī)范，以次充好、以假充真。甚至有些做法危害到了消費者的生命財產(chǎn)安全。
這些與經(jīng)濟發(fā)展不和諧的現(xiàn)象在整個食品行業(yè)的各個領(lǐng)域都或多或少的存在。加上方方面面的管理滯后。因此近期出現(xiàn)一些食品安全方面的問題是不奇怪的。但值得欣慰的是國家有關(guān)政府部門本著對人民負責的精神，及時發(fā)現(xiàn)了這些不和諧的現(xiàn)象，并積極采取措施加強管理，維護經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展秩序，保護人民群眾的根本利益。近兩年來國家質(zhì)檢總局關(guān)于加強食品及其相關(guān)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)許可管理的一系列措施，正是國家要從根本上解決問題的具體體現(xiàn)。我們認為對食品包裝的生產(chǎn)實施市場準入制度，對該行業(yè)的規(guī)范化管理具有劃時代的意義。在中國經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展的現(xiàn)階段，適當?shù)男姓深A是有利于維護經(jīng)濟社會健康發(fā)展的。我們相信這一制度的實施必將推動食品包裝行業(yè)的規(guī)范化發(fā)展，保護正當食品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的合法利益，從根本上保護廣大消費者的'身體健康。
可口可樂公司作為世界上最大的飲料公司進入中國市場到明年就有80年了。我們在中國的產(chǎn)品到今天為止涵蓋碳酸飲料、果汁飲料、茶飲料、瓶裝水、咖啡和植物飲料等多種飲料門類。由于不同產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)工藝不同，其對包裝材料的要求也各不相同�？煽诳蓸饭居兄澜缱顕栏竦母鞣N包裝材料質(zhì)量要求以及對包材供應(yīng)商的認可制度。我們高興的看到，今天在座的許多首批獲證企業(yè)就是我們認可的包材供應(yīng)商。
而且我們是親眼見證了這些優(yōu)秀的食品包裝企業(yè)在中國的成長過程�？煽诳蓸吩谥袊陌l(fā)展經(jīng)驗告訴我們，食品企業(yè)與食品包裝企業(yè)是相互依賴，共存共榮的關(guān)系。作為食品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)，我們希望有更多的食品包裝供應(yīng)商盡早取得生產(chǎn)許可證，成為新制度的受益者。同時也希望有更多的食品包裝企業(yè)積極參與到國家相關(guān)法律法規(guī)以及技術(shù)規(guī)范的制定過程中，諫言獻策，支持政府部門為規(guī)范行業(yè)管理所作的各項努力。另外，作為食品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)，我們堅決執(zhí)行國家的有關(guān)法律法規(guī)。嚴格依法采購有證企業(yè)的包材產(chǎn)品。在現(xiàn)階段，對獲證企業(yè)的產(chǎn)品可給予有限考慮。
最后，我們希望不論是食品包裝生產(chǎn)企業(yè)還是食品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)。讓我們協(xié)起手來共同營造良好的食品生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營環(huán)境，積極配合國家有關(guān)部門倡導行業(yè)自律、鼓勵依法經(jīng)營。為廣大的中國消費者提供更多更好的食品，讓大家買的安心、吃得放心。

win at the starting line
good afternoon, everyone. very happy to see so many new faces here. i am wang pengyuan, a senior student from class 1101. today, it gives me a great honor to give a welcome speech here, to share with you some of my experiences as well as give you some suggestions in the beginning of your college life.
actually, i am very much curious about your definitions of a good college life at this special point. someone once complained to me that the college life is totally a waste of time and money. do you think so? the answer is definitely no. here i want to tell you that if you try to manage your college life well, you will find that it will be really a valuable part of your life.
and now i’m going to share with you my personal experiences of my college life. i remember when i was a freshman, a junior student was giving a speech on this stage i was so impressed by her, and made my mind to study hard. so what i did in my pervious three years was just about making full use of college resources to develop my own potentials. in my first year, i studied hard as i did in my high school, attending every class, listening to teachers carefully, reviewing after class and doing homework by myself. college at that time was a brand new stage for me, i was trying to find my way of adapting to it quickly. i participated in various kinds of activities to improve my abilities, such as joining in the students union, going to the old people’s home, selling newspapers outside campus, taking part in chorus competition and recitation contest. i think my ability is somehow improved through the year of efforts.
the second year was a very important turning point for me. i tried to learn more by myself and then apply the knowledge into practice. the very important event for me is the 18th china daily 21st century cup national english speaking competition in which i got the first prize in our school. but what i want to mention is only the benefits i gained from this competition, for example, my english speaking ability has been improved, and no longer afraid of saying a word in public and also i made friends with many students from other universities with whom i can share experience. and some other competitions like hubei provincial translation and interpreting competition, and so many more.
another part is the social activities. in july XX, i went to singapore to be a volunteer in the second international traditional martial arts competition. that was also an amazing experience in my life. as you can see that i witnessed with my own eyes a different culture thus broadening my horizons. so here i want to appeal to you all that seize every opportunity to develop yourself, for the college is an integrated platform in the journey of your life through which you are bound to grow up.
the third years seems like a great leap for me. equipped with the solid foundation i laid in the previous two years, i further participated in some important major-related contests, such as the outlook talent show held by cctv, the fifth cross-strait interpreting competition and national english ability competition. through all these contests, i found myself much more confident in the road ahead.
next i’m going to give you some suggestions to help you manage your college life better.
suggestion1: learn as much as possible.
for most of us college can be an unforgettable period for us to learn something. some one once said that university is like a dye vat, which means that you may be easily influenced by others. if you want to learn something you will be embraced by knowledge and wisdom; and if you don’t have the desire to learn you will find you get nothing after 4 years’ college life.
suggestion2: cultivate your potentials and interests.
as we know, university is an integrated platform compared with high school. you do not need to bury your head in the books all day long. you need to conduct your self-cultivation and find where your interests lie in. for example, if you have the talent for dancing, you can join in the dance association. just show it. life will be colorful if there is joy.
suggestion3: always be optimistic and hopeful.
everybody knows that college life is mostly determined by ourselves. sometimes you may find that teachers can’t instruct you in every aspects. so you may easily come across difficulties with which you will get bored. but please remember that life has its ups and downs, adversity is just part of our lives. be optimistic, you will always find your way out.
in a word, combine all the suggestions i’ve mentioned above with your own characteristics and stick to it, you will find success lies in somewhere along the road.

on the international day of united nations peacekeepers, we honour the sacrifices of the men and women who lost their lives while serving under the un flag.
this year's commemoration is a somber one. the past 14 months have been especially deadly for un peacekeeping.
ambushes in orism in a plane crash in e were among the tragedies that struck peacekeeping last year, killing 121 people.
that toll was nearly matched in a few seconds with the devastating earthquake that struck haiti last january. the united nations stabilization mission in haiti lost 96 peacekeepers -- the biggest single loss of life in peacekeeping history.
but that dark day also became one of our finest hours, as the men and women of minustah set aside their own trauma, got the mission quickly back on its feet, and helped the people of haiti cope with the horrific aftermath.
as we honour such moving displays of courage and dedication, we also pay tribute to the more than 122,000 military, police and civilian personnel who serve with distinction in our operations across the world.

by providing security and promoting reconciliation...
by clearing land-mines and demobilizing combatants...
by strengthening institutions and the rule of law...
by delivering aid and repatriating refugees and displaced persons

很高興能在今天的20xx年中國（廣州）國際時尚周新聞發(fā)布會——中國E時尚峰會上，再次與各位新老朋友交流、探討關(guān)于時尚這樣一個永恒的話題。
20xx年中國（廣州）國際時尚周是廣州時尚界最為著名和最有影響力的時尚盛會，經(jīng)過前三屆的演繹，已在中國建立起強勢文化平臺的盛譽。
“時尚周”呈現(xiàn)出產(chǎn)業(yè)整合度高、參與范圍廣、媒介關(guān)注率高、消費者互動介入等綜合特點。
今年的中國（廣州）國際時尚周視“創(chuàng)新中國時尚”為己任，旨在“把廣州建設(shè)成創(chuàng)新型時尚國際大都市”，使廣州成為未來國際時尚大都市，全國的時尚中心。
