And we can help the disabled people, such as blind people and deaf people. We can give them our love. Do you remember a saying goes：Kindness is the language that the deaf can hear, the blind can see and the dumb can understand. We also can help the poor people. They don’t have money to buy books for them. Good books can be good influence in their thought. So it is important to buy books. 　　I like basketball

　　I'm a tall and lively boy. I like playing basketball very much because it's interesting. I like NBA, too. There are many famous stars in it. Such as Alan, Iveson, Tim, Donken, Jordan, Kobe, O'Neal and so on. Yao Ming is in the NBA, too. He's Chinese. He plays basketball well. He's a center forward. He's our pride. All the ball stars can jump, shoot and pour in the basket. So each game of the NBA is wonderful. Sometimes the players can perform miracles, I think.

　　This year's champion is Spur Team. It’s one of the strongest contenders.

　　I like NBA. I love basketball.

　　I have a dream

　　I'm looking for a weekend. It's happy and it's free. This is my dream.

　　At this weekend, I don't have to play the violin; I don't have to draw pictures; Olympic Maths is far away from me; Handwriting doesn't bother me.

　　I can play and I can sing; I can do everything interesting. No one can stop me.

　　“Congratulations,” the boss said. “Go on that way!”

　　Being happy for the boss’ words, the woodcutter tried harder the next day, but he only could bring 15 trees. The third day he tried even harder, but he only could bring 10 trees. Day after day he was bringing fewer and fewer trees.

　　“I must be losing my strength,” the woodcutter thought. He went to the boss and said sorry, saying that he could not understand what was going on.

　　“When was the last time you sharpened your axe?” the boss asked.

　　Looking up the sky,I saw the moon.It was like a naughty child.Sometimes it hid in the clouds and sometimes it got out of the clouds.It seemsed to play"hide and seek"with us.The stars around the moon,however,were as girls,hiding themselves in the clouds.

　　1. arrive, get與reach三者均可表示“到達”。注意：arrive 和get 都是不及物動詞，前者較正式，后者較口語化。兩者之后均不可接賓語，但可接here, there home 之類的表地點的副詞作狀語。如：

　　When did you arrive? 你什么時候到的？

　　We got (arrived) here last night. 我們昨晚到這兒。

　　2. reach (到達)是及物動詞(屬較正式用語)，其后可直接跟地點名詞作賓語(不能用介詞)，也可接here there home 等詞。如：reach Beijing (到達北京)；reach home (到家)。

　　3、初中物理. 表示“到達某地”，可在地點名詞之前reach, get to或 arrive in / at (in 一般用于較大的.地方，at 用于較小的地方)。如：They reached (或got to / arrived at)the station on time. 他們準(zhǔn)時到達車站。
